Inspirations from America in Bloom Participants

Every America in Bloom participant does unique things. Images of some are below. For much, much more, order our "Ten Years of Best Ideas" book, that has more than 200 images and nearly 2000 great ideas.

Here's what Marshall Dirks, Director of Marketing for Proven Winners had to say about his 2013 America in Bloom experience.

I wanted to thank you guys on behalf of the city of Dekalb and all it's citizens for all the wonderful comments, reflections and time you so generously shared with us. Our town is beaming with pride following your visit and our leaders have a renewed sense of pride in taking further actions to make Dekalb an even better place to live, worship and learn. We know that no matter what the scores are – we have already won. America in Bloom has brought us closer together, and kindled new relationships and partnerships that will produce amazing benefits for our community. We thank you for your questions, honesty and sincerity. We thank you for the sacrifices you made to enhance our community, and we pray you will be further blessed, just as we have been.

We will all remember those crazy days in August as a turning point in the history of our community.

With fond memories and new friendships – thank you.

Here's a letter from a grower in Arroyo Grande, CA, a city that has earned the honor of being in AIB's Circle of Champions. It is a testament to the partnerships that can come as a result of AIB participation.
