Kim Theus

Kim is the Executive Director of Canfield Consortium, a community development organization based in Detroit. Canfield Consortium was awarded a 2020 AIB/CN grant which deepened her interested in using flowers and trees to improve the quality of life in neighborhoods. Kimely’s work has launched two community flower gardens in the East Canfield Village neighborhood of Detroit, and she continues to shape the neighborhood’s revitalization through beautification projects, vacant lot activation, and community park enhancements.
