Evadne Giannini

Evadne Giannini, originally from Somerset County, New Jersey, moved to New York City to attend the New School for Social Research where she acquired a master’s degree in behavioral science. While acquiring a degree in environmental resource management at the George H. Cook Campus at Rutgers University, she started her community and environmental work as the Clean Communities Coordinator for Leonia, New Jersey. Her community programs won 1st Place recognition by the Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions and the American Forest and Paper Association for education and community engagement. Evadne is the founder and managing consultant at HospitalityGreen (HG) LLC, a Mountaindale, New York based consulting firm specializing in operational and environmental consulting services for communities and public and private businesses. Prior to owning HospitalityGreen, Evadne served as the State of Delaware’s green industry business developer for former Governor Carper. For HG, Evadne developed the Green Concierge National 3rd party Certification which now includes 87 food service and hospitality businesses. Through her lead, HG developed 16 courses recognized for CEU’s and LEED credits in consensus building, green facility management and sustainability. HG’s courses are licensed and offered nationally at educational institutions, online and as on site trainings. Evadne lives in upstate New York where she is involved in multiple gardening projects and is an active member of the Village of Woodridge, NY Planning Board.
